She founded the firm in January 2012. With extensive experience in conveyancing, civil litigation, accident, and banking matters, she has represented numerous insurance companies, including Tokio Marine and Great Eastern, in defending claims for damages and losses involving third-party bodily injury and property damage.

Her experience in conveyancing includes liaising with major banks such as OCBC, UOB, Maybank, and Public Bank during her tenure as a Partner at Messrs Moi, NK Koh & Chee. While with Messrs Faizul Hilmy & Chew, she handled conveyancing files involving HSBC, Maybank, Public Bank, and other financial institutions.

She has also managed trademark disputes and banking litigation matters with EON Bank (now known as Hong Leong Bank) and Public Bank.

Among the property developers she has acted for are the Hatten Group and Jaymuda Group in Malacca, as well as Teras Hijaujaya, Danga Bay, Front Concept, Scudai Development, Keck Seng, and Pinnacle Development in Johor Bahru.

Her corporate experience extends to mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring exercises. She is also well-versed in family and estate matters, including divorce proceedings, small estate distributions, and applications for probate and letters of administration.

He began his legal career in 2003 with Messrs TG Koh, Chai & Song, where he served as a partner from 2003 to 2008. During his tenure, he gained extensive experience in third-party insurance claims, divorce proceedings, probate and administration, criminal and civil litigation.

He later joined Mahkota Medical Centre, Melaka, as their Legal and Secretarial Advisor, providing in-house corporate legal support. In 2010, he became Legal Advisor to Danga Bay Sdn Bhd, where he expanded his expertise into property development and management, project management, construction, food and beverage operations, mall management, plantation, corporate secretarial work, and joint ventures in property development.

He has acted for a wide range of property developers, construction firms, mall operators, and healthcare organizations, including Danga Bay Sdn Bhd, Ekovest Constructions Sdn Bhd, Aramijaya Sdn Bhd, Teras Hijaujaya Sdn Bhd, Uniregion Sdn Bhd, Pembinaan Hamid Abd. Rahman, Pembinaan Sahabatjaya, Segitiara, Danga City Mall Sdn Bhd, Graphic Builders Sdn Bhd, Plaza Kota Tinggi Management Sdn Bhd, Pinnacle Development Sdn Bhd, Rampai Fokus Sdn Bhd, Starhills Development Sdn Bhd, and others — primarily in Johor Bahru and Oriental Straits Melaka Medical Centre, Melaka.

Beyond legal work, he has served as an advisor in business restructuring, including mall recovery projects and ongoing development ventures. He continues to act as legal counsel for various companies, overseeing court proceedings, land transactions, and joint venture arrangements involving Country Garden Danga Bay, Hao Yuan Danga Bay, Skyfront Danga Bay, Greenland Danga Bay, and Starhill.

Additionally, he has been appointed to handle legal and administrative matters for Joint Management Bodies (JMBs) and Management Corporations (MCs) pursuant to the Strata Management Act 2013 and the Strata Titles Act 1985.

Since 2020, he has also served as an Independent Director and Chairman of Solid Automotive Berhad.
