Bankruptcy & Winding Up 破产与清盘	We do such proceedings for those debtors that refused to settle outstanding sums.
Probate & Administration 遗嘱认证与遗产管理	We apply and file in the relevant paper works in courts in order to obtain a probate for estate with wills and letter of administration for estate without wills.
Small Estate Administration 小型遗产管理	We do assist the estate to submit paper works for small estate in land office and guiding them the manners to proceed from there.

Property Management 物业管理	We do advise our clients whom under joint management body set up under Building and Common Property (Maintenance and Management) Act 2007 (repealed with Strata Management Act 2013) and management corporation Strata Title Act 1985 for gated guarded properties as well as acting for societies under gated guarded community without the strata title.
